Today, some really good things happened! I went to a track meet and didn’t have to run.. I got a letter today from UCF, I’ve been accepted! woohoo! Early admission baby /high fives/ Also, remember that no-ip tutorial I wrote that I told you about yesterday? I just got an email back from no-ip.com and they said it was great! I get a free domain name outta the deal, and a year of noip+ service! yipee! When my domain is about to expire in a year or so, I’ll have to think of a new tutorial to write ^_^ So, yeah, I’m pretty happy. I was gonna go out and lay on the couch and watch a movie (gentoo is still compiling on my workstation) but my mom was out there and she was like “what movie is it?” and I started to say “it..” “-isn’t not one of those japanese movies is it? I hate movies with subtitles”… ::blink:: (I’m not gonna let it get to me, I’m not gonna let it get to me, I’m not gonna let it get to me) Tonight’s still going allright, we’ll see how long I can keep it up before I break something =o,

check out ebay then, but i dont trust them anymore cause i know someone who got ripped off for 6k on a motercycle, the person wired it to an account in italy and then to a diffferent account and closed the one in italy, and is gone without a trace. so maybe buy from somoene you know |

Nick, if you got the same amount of cash as I got for Christmas you will come nowhere near a laptop unless its refurbished or off ebay. My laptop was 2764, I dunno about macs. |

hey… this is the shortest blog i have ever seen, and maligant, i got my powerbook, and has to be the most amazing laptop ever, the all alu. case is awesome.. screen is soooo crisp, its surprisingly fast (faster than my 2ghz pc) the keyboard is awesome (im typing this on this right now) and os X really has to be used to understand how great it is. its just perfect, and i can even run all my linux apps |
oh, and trhe batt life is crazy 4 hours++ on normal usuage, heavy dvd watching and full screen brightness i get around 2 1/2-3 hours wich isnt bad ahh, and it really is going to pay off when i go up to vermont for some snowboarding in a couple days.. oh and an did i mention this thing is THIN and LIGHT?? its sooooo thin and light, alienwares look like desktops next to this thing| Munin wrote the following at 06:15:13 PM on December 25th, 2003 |
