the wired owns me

Okay, so the wired doesn’t own me. I’ll tell you one thing’s for sure – I haven’t posted in a WEEK! Can you believe that?! Jeez, it’s crazy. Actually this last week has been REALLY hectic. I’ve had a million housecalls this week (3 today alone) and I’m running in and out of work and trying to get this girl’s wedding done and at the last minute I had unplanned company spend the night and it’s like… whah! So hectic seeming. Anyway, all is good now, and I’m about to go on vacation with another family. I know, you’re all asking “scott, are you taking my laptop?” Well duh! Weould a man ride a horse into the desert on a rag made of leaves from an austrailian pine cut down by a red ax held by a midget that wore blue socks made by a storeowner that writes poetry that only middleschool students read who can’t seem to grip reality because they don’t understand the things that happen in their lives caused by the needless ranting and moaning from the profiteering glutons that own the media corporations and take the fole of the the big money conglomerates that run america’s average teenager’s circling and directionless consumer driven lives?

Okay, time to get serious. I made a new layout again. And it looks really nice, which sucks. I’m detecting a scary parttern. I’ve made 8 layouts in the last 2 months. They’ve all been different, yet they all look the same. I can’t think of anything ‘new’ or ‘unique’. Every time I try, I stand back and see that I did nothing more than spit out a regurgetated version of a website from my past. /shrug/ I think before I can sit down and sort out how to make a nice, clean, professional, but technical looking layout – I must first add the content. I’ll be honest, beside this news section (which is pretty week and sad to begin with) this website has nothing of interest to anything else. But does that matter? Do I care? Should I care? Is this website made for other peoples’ enjoyment? Or is it created for my own personal satisfacition? I’d have to learn toward the last one =o) Though I do and will certainly take peopels advice on how to make it look/work nicer, I consiter it a personal piece or recorded history of my life. Dare I say a diary? No, no I don’t dare say a diarty. You know, I get asked a lot “what is this section really about?” and I think I need to write a little about why I created, used, continue to use, and will continue to use this news section. I really need to write about it… tomorrow. Goodnight america =o)
